I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York and Pennsylvania. I received my Masters of Social Services (MSS) from The Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research at Bryn Mawr College (2019). I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, SUNY (2012). I am trained and have been certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (2021), and as a Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist (2024). Prior to receiving my masters degree, I trained and became certified as a Sports/Hatha Yoga Teacher/RYTT 200hr (2014), and in Reiki levels 1 and 2 (2012). In 2012 I trained and certified as a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and worked as a Wilderness Therapy Field Instructor doing recreational therapy (2013-2015). In undergraduate school I worked as a teachers assistant using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with ASD, as well as a Research Assistant in a Cognition lab researching linguistics via computational modeling. I am a lover of adventure, mountain and water sports, and in 2014 I walked the entire length of the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico-Canada (2,668 miles) over the span of 5.5 months. Currently I like to spend my down time with my husband, two young children, my dog, and two cats when I am not doing the work with my amazing clients.
